Files are delivered no more than 2-3 weeks after the event or session via email or a Portfolio Private Link. Larger files or larger quantities of files may require the client to purchase external storage for delivery.

How & When Will I Receive The Files?

Contracts are required for clients & third parties to sign for services to be performed. Contracts are given upon official booking. The contract must be turned in the same day as the deposit.

Is There A Contract?

CookieSnaps HTX reserves the right to store the clients' original files for up to 90 days before deletion. More details in cotract.

How Long Do You Store Our Images?

CookieSnaps HTX does not deliver RAW or unedited photos to clients.

Can I Have The Unedited Versions Or RAW Files?

CookieSnaps HTX does not alter the appearance of their clients beyond removing blemishes, stains to clothing, brighten eyes etc.

Will You Re-Touch (Photoshop) How I Look?

Clients may review the photos during the session, but the final delivery is up to CookieSnaps HTX. I choose every photo with your best look in mind.

Do I Get To Select The Images?

Yes, you can. When you feel comfortable the photos, not to mention the experience, can be so much more memorable.

Can I bring a friend for support?

Within the contracts that CookieSnaps HTX requires, alongside deposit, before any service is performed, usage rights for photos, videos, and graphics are laid out. Consent for certain situations is mentioned.

What Are Our Usage Rights?

If I have delivered what is promised to you: a service package of your choice, and you are not happy with the outcome there is nothing I can do outside of performing my professional services. If you read through my entire FAQ section make preparations to have your locations picked, outfits that are comfortable to match, hair/makeup, this will be the best way to ensure the best outcome.

Beyond the deposit and contract, clients are responsible for self-transportation, props, parking, and permits needed for the location. Prepare your outfit, accessories, hair/makeup, and props/products.

Client Responsibilities

Cancellations by clients' choice will not receive a refund of the deposit. Cancellations by the company, third party, or due to natural events (Rain, Accident, Etc) will result in the option to reschedule.

Travel fees apply to jobs over 20 miles (roughly over 30 minutes away) from the CookieSnaps HTX home base in Pearland, TX. 50 Cents Per Mile covers mileage, security of the equipment needed, and the safety of your photos/videos.

What Forms Of Payment Are Accepted?

Printing Services are NOT offered for regular services listed on the services page, but printing options are available for weddings and engagement packages.
