Our process to beautiful wedding photos
Capturing the moment for small weddings requires proper planning and clear communication just like a big wedding. That's why we provide a wedding guide upon booking and prioritize a 3-point contact system prior to the big day.
The first point of contact with your photographer is very important. You already know about them and now they need to get to know you.
Through the contact form and first consultation call we can gather all details about the wedding: location, rough timeline, expectations, payments, wedding guides, and more.
The second point of contact is location scouting. This a free service we provide to all of our clients.
This is the time for us to get a good idea of where key photo moments might take place: couple's portraits, family photos, and ceremony and/or reception set-up.
The third point of contact is the final call often including the wedding planner if applicable. This is to go over any final changes to the wedding via timeline, location(s), or hours of photography coverage needed.
